Returns and exchanges
We hope you are completely satisfied with our merchandise. If you are not competely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for an exchange or refund. We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. This means that the returned article must be received by us by the end of the 14th day. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We will gladly accept returned items under the following circumstances:
-The article must be returned in the same condition as it was received by the customer.
-The article must be unaltered. Any items showing signs of alteration will not be accepted.
- The article must be unwashed and must have the original tags attached to the product.
- The article must be unworn. Returned items will be checked for any signs of wear such as cigarette smoke, perfume, body odor, make up marks, deoderant residue, etc. Any articles displaying such signs of wear wil not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of undergarments and underwear such as slips and strings.
Attention: Please fill out and include the Return Form with the article you send back to us.
Attention: Have you received an item damaged during shipping? If so, please take a photo of the damaged packaging and the affected article and contact us via email@example.com. Please include the photos in your email. We will then instruct you how to proceed with the return of the item.
